Misha is admired as a talented and skilled presence in the lampworking community. She is widely recognized as furthering the borosilicate art form, both through her torch work, and her community organizing. As a glass blower it means so much to have received a piece of memorial art from Misha. She lovingly created a pendant for me including the remains of our beloved friend. I feel his love and presence in my heart as I wear it on my chest. I know that Misha treats every work of memorial art carefully and thoughtfully, as she does for her own loved ones.
